Task Space with a greeting, four counters, a search box and a table of two tasks, each late, with a priority, a due date and a status.
My tasks and Show my team inbox switch between your tasks and other people’s. The second only appears for some accounts.
Each counter is also a filter. Click one to see only those tasks.
Search with keyword looks in titles, descriptions and names.
Late tasks show in red as Late by and a number of days.
The arrow opens the request. The three dots open more actions.
Process insights opens charts about how requests move.

The line under the title greets you and says how many tasks are open and how many are overdue. The four counters below it work as filters.

A chip with an x appears next to the search box while a counter other than the first is active. Click the x, or click the counter again, to return to open tasks. Beezr remembers your filter, search and page size until you close the browser tab.

Type in Search with keyword. Beezr matches the title, the description, the name of the person who assigned it, and the people or groups named on the task. On a wide screen, press / to jump to the box. The number of matches shows beside the box.

Click Task or Due at the top of a column to sort. Click again to reverse. Under Completed Tasks, the Due column becomes Completed.

At the end of the row, the arrow opens the request the task belongs to. The three dots open a menu with Go to request, Claim or Release, and Reassign…. Claim, release or reassign a task explains them.

Clicking anywhere else on a row also opens the request. The foot of the table shows how many tasks there are and a Rows choice of 12, 25 or 50.

Show my team inbox lists tasks assigned to other people. It is part of administrator accounts, and your own list always holds the tasks addressed to you.

A task someone else has claimed shows Claimed by and their name. Ask them to release it, and it is yours to open.

An empty Your Open Tasks list says You’re all caught up. New tasks appear as soon as a process reaches you.
