Your plan and usage

Your plan sets an allowance for what the workspace holds. Usage Analysis on Account settings shows how much of it you have used, so a full meter is never a surprise.
What do the meters count?

| Media Storage | Files stored, in the plan’s storage units |
Each row reads used over allowed, with a bar. The bar is plain until 70%, amber from 70% and red from 90%.
Each meter shows what you have used and what the plan allows.
Manage opens Subscription Management.
Prepare for a new project
Section titled “Prepare for a new project”Check the meters before a large import or a new application. Use Manage to choose a plan or add-ons for your project.
How do I change my plan?
Section titled “How do I change my plan?”- On Account settings, click Manage in Usage Analysis. Subscription Management opens.
- Under Available Plans, compare plans on Records, Storage, Modules, Workflows, AI Credits and API Calls. Choose Monthly or Annual billing.
- Click Upgrade or Select on the plan you want. Add add-ons below it if you need them.
- Check the Order Summary and confirm.
Switch between monthly and annual billing.
