Before you start
Beezr Shield groups the tools that protect your workspace beyond roles and permissions. Open them from Account settings › Users & Security, below Organizational Chart.
| Need | Tool | Page |
|---|---|---|
| Keep sensitive field values encrypted | Encryption Keys | Encrypt sensitive fields |
| Let people sign in with their work account | Single Sign-on | Set up single sign-on |
| Ask for a code after the password | Multi-Factor Authentication | Turn on multi-factor sign-in |
| Allow sign-ins only from places you trust | Geo Fencing | Allow or block sign-ins by location |
The last four cards are Beezr Shield.
Each tool stands on its own. Many workspaces start with single sign-on, add multi-factor sign-in for people with wide access, and use encryption keys for the few fields that need them.
