The Relations manager
Before you start
The Relations manager lists every relation that starts from a module and lets you add, edit and delete them. Open it from Modules: choose the module card’s menu, then Relations. The page is titled Relations Manager.
What does the list show?
Section titled “What does the list show?”Pick a module under Choose Module. The list shows the relations where that module is the master.
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Detail Module | The module the link points to |
| Master Field | The field of your module that holds the link |
| Detail Field | The field of the detail module it matches, normally its key field |
| View Field | The detail field shown wherever the relation appears |
Click the pencil to edit a relation. Click the bin to delete one. Beezr asks “Are you sure you want to delete this relation?” and you answer Yes or No.
Show Diagram draws the chosen module at the left, the modules it relates to next, and the modules those relate to after them.
