Change your language or password

Before you start

• Find your way around

Your profile is where you choose English or Arabic and set a new password. These settings belong to your account, so they follow you to every device. The changes take about a minute.

Open your profile

1. Click your avatar at the right end of the top bar. On a phone, tap the person icon in the header.
2. In the card that opens, click your name and email. The Profile page opens.

The same card also holds Open Designer, which opens the builder side in a new tab, and Log Out.

At the top you see your name, your email, an Active tag and your Language. Below, the account card lists your name, email, a masked password with a change link, and your language.

Switch between English and Arabic

1. On the Profile page, click the language next to Language, for example English.
2. Pick English or العربية in the box that opens.
3. Confirm with the tick beside it.

Beezr saves your choice on your account as soon as you pick it. Choosing العربية also turns the layout right to left. See Working in Arabic to know what to expect.

Change your password

1. On the Profile page, click the change password link next to the masked password.
2. In the Change Password window, type your current password in the first box.
3. Type the new password in the second box.
4. Click Save.

On success, Beezr shows Success and Operation successful. and closes the window. Click Cancel to close the window without changing anything.

Have your current password ready. If you have forgotten it, sign out and use the reset link on the sign-in page. See Sign in, verify and reset your password.

How do I update my email address?

Your administrator manages email addresses. Ask them for the change.
