The Integration hub

Screen guide4 minPractitionerAdd-on · Integration hub

The Integration hub is your catalog of apps Beezr can work with. Connect an app once, and any workflow in the workspace can use it. Open it from Account settings by choosing the Integration Hub card.

The Integrations Hub page with the Power Your Workflow heading, a Connected button at the top right and a grid of app cards, each with a Connect button.
The Connected button shows how many connections the workspace has. It opens the list of connections.
The heading counts the platforms on offer.
Each card shows an app, its category and a short description. Connect → starts the connection.

The heading, Power Your Workflow, sits above the catalog. Each card is one app: Google Drive, Google Sheets, Slack, Twilio, Zoho Books, Zoho Invoice, QuickBooks Online, LinkedIn and others. The sentence under the heading says how many platforms are on offer.

Click the Connected button. A dialog lists every connection, for example “Production Account”, with a green Active tag.

  • The pencil icon (Edit) opens the connection so you can update its details.
  • The cross icon (Disconnect) asks you to confirm. The dialog says it removes the saved connection configuration for this workspace.

To add a connection, see Connect an app and use it in a workflow.

A workflow reaches a connection through its Integration step. The step lists your connections, then the actions the app offers. Each run signs in with the connection’s own credentials, so the people who start the workflow do not need an account in that app.
