Review workspace usage
Review workspace usage before adding people, importing records or starting a new application. Open Usage Analysis in Account settings to plan your next change.
Read the usage meters
Section titled “Read the usage meters”Read Users, Database Records, Modules, Workflows and Media Storage. Each meter shows your current usage.
Open your plan
Section titled “Open your plan”Click Manage to open Subscription Management. Compare plans and select the plan or add-ons for your project.
Prepare a record import
Section titled “Prepare a record import”Review record usage across your modules before a large import. Archive records your team has finished using, or add record storage through Manage.
Review workflows
Section titled “Review workflows”Review active and inactive workflows. Keep the workflows your team uses and remove unused ones after checking their purpose.
Review modules
Section titled “Review modules”Check each application that uses a module before deleting it. Deleting a module removes it from those applications.
Review users
Section titled “Review users”Add seats for new colleagues. Review user accounts as people join or leave the team. See Add and manage users.
Review storage
Section titled “Review storage”Review stored files and keep the files your team uses. Compare storage options through Manage.
Plan your next change
Section titled “Plan your next change”Check usage before a large import or a new application. See Your plan and usage.
