The reports library

Before you start

Reports answers a question from your data: how much is payable by vendor, how contract value splits by type, which bids scored highest. Open it with Reports in the top bar. The page lists every report you can see as a tile, with its type and the module it draws on.

The Reports page with a search box, filter chips for All, Tables, Charts and Custom, a source menu, and tiles of reports showing bar, line, donut and pie charts.
    New report opens the builder.
    Search reports matches names.
The chips narrow the list by type. The number is how many reports each holds.
All sources narrows the list to reports on one module.
    Switch between grid and list.
A tile shows the type, the source module, who made it and when.
  • Type part of the name in Search reports.
  • Click a chip: All, Tables, Charts or Custom. The number beside each chip is how many reports it holds.
  • Open All sources and choose a module to see only the reports built on it.

Beezr loads 24 reports at a time. Click Load more at the bottom for the next batch. The grid or list choice is remembered in your browser.

Click a tile, or a row in the list layout, to open the report. Open the three dots on a tile for the menu:

If your workspace has the feature, an Ask Buzz button sits beside New report. You describe the report you want, for example “Top 10 customers by revenue”. Buzz drafts it and you choose whether to save it or open it in the builder. Nothing is saved until you decide.

Nour deletes a report that two dashboard widgets use. What happens to the widgets?
Show the answer

They stop showing data. The delete window warns that the report is removed for everyone and that dashboard widgets using it stop showing data.

Which chip counts a bar chart?
Show the answer

Charts. Bar, line, pie and donut reports are charts, so they count under the Charts chip. Tables and custom tables count under Tables.
