Fill in a public form

How-to3 minFoundation

A public form is a request form a company shares as a link, for example “Request a vendor account” or “Report an issue”. You don’t need an account or a password. Open the link, answer, submit. It takes a few minutes, and the answers land as a record in the company’s own system.

  1. Open the link you were sent.
  2. Read the heading. The company can add a logo, a short description and a footer note.
  3. Fill in the fields. Required fields must be completed.
  4. Click Submit.

When it works, you see Request submitted: “Thank you for submitting your request. Everything is safely received and being processed.” You can close the window. Keep a note of what you sent if you need it later.

If the form needs a change before it can be saved, a window titled This needs your attention explains what is wrong. Click Got it, fix the field and submit again.

The link sets the language, English or Arabic. In Arabic, the form reads right to left and the button says إرسال. If you were sent the wrong language, ask the sender for the link in the other one.

Ask the person who sent it for a current link. Beezr shows Form not found when a link has a mistake in it, and Form unavailable when the owner has closed the form to the public.

The company that shared the form receives your answers. Beezr doesn’t ask you to sign in, so don’t enter anything you wouldn’t give that company in an email.
