Beezr on your phone

Screen guide6 minFoundation

Before you start

Beezr changes shape on a phone. The left menu folds away, lists become cards, and tasks fit one hand. You don’t install anything: open the same address in your phone’s browser. This page shows what is where.

Beezr uses the phone layout when your screen is 900 px wide or narrower. That includes small tablets, and a desktop browser window you’ve made narrow. Widen the window and the full layout returns.

A phone showing a Deals list. The header has a three-line button, the application name, a bell and a person icon. Below are a search box with filter and more buttons, a New button, and record cards.
The three-line button opens the menu.
The bell opens your notifications. A red dot means something is unread.
The person icon opens your name, Open Designer and Log Out.
Search with Keyword, then filter and more buttons beside it.
    New adds a record.
Each card has icons to edit, view and delete the record.

Tap the three-line button to open the menu from the bottom of the screen.

  • Quick Actions has four buttons: Apps, Tasks, Reports and Support. Apps switches application.
  • Below it, your application’s menu groups open and close with a tap. Tap a module to open its list.
  • At the bottom are Log Out and Open Designer.

A list shows one card per record. Use the search box for a keyword, the filter button for conditions, and the more button for other options. Tap New to add a record. On each card, the pencil edits, the eye opens, and the bin deletes the record.

Tap Tasks in the menu. Task Space on a phone is a list with four tabs: Open, Overdue, Active and Done, each with its count.

  • Tap a task to open its record.
  • Tap the three dots on a row for Go to request, Claim or Release, and Reassign….
  • Press and hold a row to select it, then tap more rows. Approve and Reject appear at the bottom.
  • Pull the list down to refresh.

Open the task’s record. A Pending Approval card sits above the details.

A phone showing a record with a Pending Approval card holding four buttons: Approve, Reject, Clarify and Send Back.
    Approve records your decision.
    Reject asks for a reason.
Clarify asks a colleague a question.
Send Back returns it to the previous step, when that’s possible.

Yes. The phone layout uses the same data and the same permissions as the desktop, so your permissions apply on each device.
