Building a smart customized view
We understand that one of the most important parts of any business application; is how data is presented to the users and how fast can users get to the information they need.
Data presentation doesn’t only reflect on good user experience but also affects the actual business experience you deliver to your customers. In Beezr we took into account that the user needs to have access to the complete business record at any required time given that this user has the security privilege.
Out of the box, Smart Views intelligently detects all the relations you’ve made in your application. Using this relation map, Beezr provides the complete 360 views of any record automatically.
Another great thing about Smart Views is the 30-second feature. This means that you can add new, customized, and personalized features to your application in under 30 seconds.

In the above example, you will notice that automatically Smart View detected the Modules that relate to a customer in your system. So, the business user can find all the deals, invoices, etc. records to the customer in a single view without the need to jump between different screens and search forms.
Customizing your Smart View
Smart View automatically configures itself; Beezr creates a Smart View for each Module you create in the platform. The view is updated dynamically with every new relationship you create.
Beezr allows you to customize the Smart View by adding or removing tabs. To start customizing a Smart View, go to the “Smart View” item in the side navigation menu to open the “Smart View Builder”.

Customizing your Smart View using Advanced Components
In some cases, you'll find yourself needing to add an extra feature for the business. This can be done by utilizing the advanced components on the left side.
In the header, you can add buttons that open pre-filled forms or run ad-hoc workflows for the active record.
You can check how to configure the button component in the "Dynamic Forms" section in the documentation.
