Creating an application
Beezr allows tenants to create any number of applications. An application is a collection of Modules that deliver a certain business need. Developers have the freedom to break down their applications as they see fit. To access the application; click on the “My Apps” menu item in the side navigation menu.
To create an app, click on the “New App” button on the top right corner of the page. The app builder page should be visible like the following:
Once the above details are filled out, click the “Next” button on the bottom right corner to move to the next step which is choosing the Modules under the application.

| Field Name | Description |
| App Name | A descriptive name for the application being built. |
| Description | A short description of the business behind this application. |
| App Icon | Add an image icon to the application, this is the icon that is going to be shown in the Hive. The Hive is like the app store for the business user to navigate between apps. |
| Default App | If this is checked then this application will be the default application users will see on log-in. |
| Activate App | While applications are in the development stage, it is best to keep them deactivated so they are not available on the Beezr APP. |
Once the above details are filled out, click the “Next” button on the bottom right corner to move to the next step which is choosing the Modules under the application.

| 1 | Add Module Group | To better organize the application, the developer can organize the Modules into groups. This way if a relatively big app is being built Modules will be grouped by business functionality. |
| 2 | Add Module | we’ve added a shortcut to the “Add Module” functionality to quickly create Modules while building the app. |
| 3 | Organize Module Order | you can drag and drop Modules to the group as well as move them to meet the proper order as you see fit. |
| 4 | Save My App | After you are done, click on the “Save My App” button below to complete the process. The App will now be available in the “My Apps” panel. |
